How we protect your data and keep the platform reliable.
Infrastructure
The platform runs on AWS infrastructure across multiple availability zones. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2+. Backups run daily and are stored in a separate region.
Access controls
Production access is limited to a small number of engineers. All access is logged, reviewed monthly, and requires multi-factor authentication. Credentials are rotated regularly and managed via a secrets manager.
Application security
We run automated dependency scanning and static analysis on every code change. External penetration tests are conducted annually. Critical findings are patched within 48 hours; all other findings within 30 days.
Compliance
We are SOC 2 Type II certified. A copy of our report is available to enterprise customers under NDA. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant.
Responsible disclosure
Found a vulnerability? Report it to security@yourapp.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and will work with you to resolve any confirmed issues. We do not pursue legal action against researchers acting in good faith.
